This year the Association of Professional Translators has celebrated Translation Day in the open air. Everyone present at the event was excited about this decision. It was an opportunity to combine celebration and leisure. Nice weather contributed to a good turnout, as usual.

On June 29th of the current year the Association of Professional Translators celebrated the 5th anniversary of Translation School. The event took place in a modest hall of Tourist hotel with participation of 25 people, both the Association members and Translation School graduates. In no way did the place become an impediment for creating cheerful atmosphere. This was possibly due to funny stories told by ATP Moldova members and communication between the Association members and Translation School graduates who, in their turn, could establish contacts with the Association members for possible collaborations in the future.  The most important for them was the opportunity to listen to experienced translators such as Elena Ciobanu, Elizaveta Onofreiciuc, Natalia Alhazov, Diana Revenco and others about extraordinary experience in translation. Veaceslav Musteață made a photo collage of pictures from different editions of Translation School. All participants enjoyed the event.

Traditionally, Translation School opens its doors for enthusiasts of translation and interpreting and invites those interested to register for the 5th edition that will be held on June 13-29, 2014. This is the first event of this type in the Republic of Moldova, organized by the Association of Professional Translators of Moldova in partnership with translation bureau "Intart Design" SRL.
